Things to know

• Absolutely No Hiking or Trespassing is allowed on adjoining property & trails
• Due to staff shortage & lack of a Large Laundry facility we currently have the cleaning fee discounted for renters to bring their own SHEETS, TOWELS, & PILLOWCASES or we may be able provide in certain situations for an extra fee.
• Just added $3000 of fish and currently deepening, cleaning out, and doing habitat improvement to the Large Pond.

• We may be able to have someone bring a load of firewood for $25 but not always. Our firewood guy is in Lansing and it is a long drive. They do sell firewood just down the road at the Upper Iowa River Resort
